To get started, choose one of our three summer promo offers and complete the request form. Once we receive your request, we’ll schedule a virtual consultation to discuss your web project and start building your new website after an initial partial payment. 

The time it takes to build a website varies based on several factors, such as the type and size of the website, the amount of content that needs to be created versus provided, and other project specifics. On average, it takes between 2-4 weeks.

After your initial free consultation, a partial payment of 50% is required to start the web building process. Once the website is complete and all discussed specifics have been implemented, the remaining balance is due before the website is launched.

After the first month of complimentary hosting and website maintenance, you can choose from one of our three maintenance plans, starting at $100 per month. We also offer custom maintenance packages for additional services and flexible pricing if certain services aren't required. Website hosting remains free as long as you are on a maintenance plan with Maelix. We will discuss the specifics of each plan and help guide you in choosing the right plan for your budget and website's needs.

No, you do not have to choose a web maintenance plan to keep your website active. You can opt to purchase your own hosting and perform website maintenance yourself if you are comfortable doing so. However, a web maintenance plan with Maelix offers you the freedom and flexibility to focus on running your business while we handle all aspects of your website's upkeep.

Maintaining your website to meet the latest standards is crucial for keeping it active, healthy, fast, and secure. Without proper management, errors can occur that may lead to issues or even loss of parts of your website. Our flexible maintenance plans ensure regular updates, security scans, backups, and other essential tasks are properly handled, reducing the risk of problems and helping you get the most from your website.

The only necessary additional fee is the purchase of your domain. At Maelix, we encourage clients to buy their own domain through the registrar of their choice to ensure you retain full ownership at all times. There may be additional costs if you choose to purchase specific plugins or add-ons from third parties that we'll need to implement into your website, or if you request major design changes that are not covered in your selected web maintenance package. However, aside from the cost of the website and any ongoing maintenance, there are no additional fees from Maelix.

Yes, after your website has been built, we will continue to work with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final result. Typically, within 1-3 design revisions, we can achieve a finished website that meets your expectations and fulfills all of your requests. Additionally, you can choose from one of our three web maintenance packages, which offer 1-5 hours of support time and design changes each month to keep your website updated and aligned with your needs.

Some clients prefer to leave all website management to our expertise, while others may want backend access to manage their own updates. We can provide admin access at any point upon request, but we advise caution when making changes unless you have prior website management experience, to avoid potential issues. Regardless of your choice, we are always available to offer support and assistance to clients on one of our web maintenance plans.
